Stay Newport Proudly Presents The Broadway Hideaway. Stay in Newport's Broadway neighborhood, where lower Broadway dining is just steps away and downtown is within walking distance. This bright second-floor home pairs high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a newly refurbished expansive deck with the ease of an updated kitchen and refreshed living area. Newport Hospital is 0.3 miles away, and Newport Naval Station is 1.5 miles from the property, making it well suited for both weekend stays and longer visits.
The space
A stay in Newport should feel easy from the moment you arrive, and this second-floor duplex does exactly that. Lower Broadway is right nearby for dinner, drinks, and nights out, while downtown is close enough for guests who want to spend time along the harbor, browse the shops, or head out for the day without having to think too much about the logistics.
Inside, the space is bright and welcoming, with three bedrooms and one full bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed, which makes the layout especially appealing for friends traveling together, couples, or families who want everyone to have their own room. The kitchen has been updated, the living area has been refreshed, and the newly refurbished expansive deck gives guests another place to enjoy the property once they are back from town.
This is also a smart fit for guests coming to Newport for more than a weekend away. Newport Hospital is just 0.3 miles from the property, and Newport Naval Station is 1.5 miles away, which makes the location especially useful for medical visits, work travel, or longer stays tied to family plans in town.

The neighborhood
The Broadway area gives guests a side of Newport that feels more local while still keeping the city's best known spots close at hand. Restaurants, bars, and casual favorites are nearby, and downtown Newport, Thames Street, and the waterfront are all easy to reach. It is a good location for guests who want access to the energy of Newport without staying right in the middle of the busiest visitor areas.
Getting around
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other things to note
Guests should be aware this is a second floor apartment that is part of a duplex. Street parking only, the driveway is not available for guest parking.
