Freshly renovated this spring is a single story, one bedroom condo in beautiful condition. Move in date is immediate. PLEASE NOTE: The photos I am posting are from the previous listing (pre current renovation) but will give perspective. I will update the photos as soon as the last crew has finished and the renovation complete. The renovations include new LVP laminate flooring (Luxury Vinyl Plank) in addition to the new porcelain tile (bathroom and kitchen) throughout the entire condo. Brans new countertops in the kitchen. All walls, ceilings, cabinets, trim have been freshly panted and caulked. A brand new soaker tub, new vanity / cabinets, mirrors, and fixtures have been installed. The kitchen cabinets are freshly painted and the counter tops are brand new and never used. The living room opens to a very private courtyard with spacious storage room. There is a small garden area for tomatoes, plants, etc. and a 7' brick privacy wall and steel entrance gate surrounds the courtyard. This is a very quiet, safe and long established community. The renter is responsible for all utilities (water/sewer/electric). The tenant is responsible for getting the utilities into their names upon move in / move out. Please note the condominium fees will be the responsibility of the landlord. The lease is for a period of 1-year. Longer terms can be negotiated if desired. No smoking / vaping anywhere on the property Pets are possibly acceptable but must be discussed and agreed upon. Renter responsible for utilities (water/sewer/electric). The landlord will pay all HOA fees. Rental insurance must be purchased and the declarations page provided to the landlord prior to the renter receiving access to the property. No exceptions. Occupancy of the building is limited to the person on the lease. Overnight stays of guests is limited to three consecutive nights. No subletting of the property/structure Details of your pet policy In addition to specifying the kinds of pets accepted at your property, which will help renters narrow their search, you should also give more information in the lease terms. Here are some points to include: Pets have been approved in the past and are allowed on a case by case basis. Typically, one dog under 50 pounds, or a single cat are acceptable. We would like to meet your pet prior to lease approval. No exotic pets are allowed. All pets must be up to date on all shots. A one time non refundable pet fee of $250 must provided. A monthly pet fee of $10 for each approved pet is required. Additionally, if a pet is allowed the renters insurance must cover dog bites, etc.
