Our home is being listed as a fully furnished mid term rental. Minimum stay is 31 days and short term 3, 6, 12 month leases are acceptable. 1601 Chino Street B is a fully separated unit of a duplex with independent entry and exit. The home is located on Santa Barbara's Westside, roughly one mile from the very vibrant State Street shops, restaurants, nightlife, one mile from Cottage Hospital and 1.5 miles to the waterfront. There are grocery and hardware stores, restaurants (best Pizza in Santa Barbara and fantastic Mexican food) within a 5 minute walk and the bike path is located 1 block away. and is a 1/2 mile walk to gorgeous Elings park, Douglas reserve and close proximity to Handry's Beach. There is a carport with parking for two vehicles and street parking is almost always available right in front or on the side of the home.
