The electrical has been upgraded with LED ceiling lighting throughout the home, ceiling fans in living and bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ample closet and dresser storage. The second bedroom has a twin "trundle" bed with a second twin pullout bed underneath. The second bedroom has a desk and closet storage. The backyard is enclosed and very private and is accessible from the street or the carport. The backyard has a top of the line gourmet Weber Summit propane BBQ, dining table with a shade, which is fantastic for enjoying Santa Barbara's morning coffee or afternoon relaxing or dining. The Washer and Dryer are full size and also located under canopy cover in the backyard. There is a covered front porch with sitting chairs and bistro table and has fantastic views of the Santa Barbara mountains. The home is located on Santa Barbara's Westside, roughly one mile from the very vibrant State Street shops, restaurants, nightlife, one mile from Cottage Hospital and 1.5 miles to the waterfront. There are grocery and hardware stores, restaurants (best Pizza in Santa Barbara and fantastic Mexican food) within a 5 minute walk and the bike path is located 1 block away. and is a 1/2 mile walk to gorgeous Elings park, Douglas reserve and close proximity to Handry's Beach. There is a carport with parking for two vehicles and street parking is almost always available right in front or on the side of the home.
