Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, an additional fee may apply. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay.
