This is a minimum 28 day vacation rental. Rates subject to change. Utilities included (Electric allowance is $150/month). Pool heater is an additional $150/month.

November- $8000 monthly rate
Dec- April- $12,000/monthly rate
Monthly renter is responsible for the tourist tax 12.5 % tax will be applied to rental rate. Cleaning fee $300 at termination. Additional cleaning services available for a fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 45 days of their arrival day, 60 days of their arrival day- 50% refund, 90 days of their arrival day- full refund.
