Electricity is shared with 3 other units (will be two at some point 2 are measured as one unit). Shared utilities are split according to agreement which may be updated time to time. No smoking allowed in unit nor outside where it may affect other tenants (i.e. if another tenant is bothered by your smoke then you'll need to smoke of property). Studio is semi-furnished.
