There is room in the kitchen for a table. There is a full basement also. There is a small private deck off the front door and a small shared deck off the back door. There is no garage, but off street parking. The unit sits in a very nice residential neighborhood on the far west side of town. Highway 30 is nearby this property. The unit comes with a stove and refrigerator and a wall unit air conditioner. Rooms are average sized and all bedroom have closets. In some cases, with the payment of the deposit, we will hold an empty unit for up to two weeks before we must start collecting rent.
