In the unit itself, there is a large sun-filled living room with a walk-in-closet and two available medium sized rooms, radiator heat and double-paned windows. Landlord occupies the 1st and second floor with son who is in college (and is not at home for most of the time), so staircase and entrance is shared. From Landlord: We are mellow, quiet, creative professionals and pretty minimal in the way we live. You will walk through my space to get to the laundry facilities in the basement. Your unit on the top floor/third floor is completely private and secluded. Hard to get a sense of this apartment from pictures. This is ideal for a couple, or a single person. Mature creative professionals preferred. My last long-term tenant was a musician/creative director who rented the apartment by himself and used one bedroom as a remote office. Contact me for more pictures/info, or to set up a tour. Also it can be partially furnished with a king-sized bed if necessary. No smoking 2 occupants maximum, children welcome, couple preferred. It can be shared by roommates. One person would have a smaller bedroom.
