The generous 640-square-foot ground unit features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and dining area and a private bedroom (with a queen-size bed). There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Park Avenue #211 comes with complementary Wi-Fi, a portable air conditioning unit is located in the living room, an in-unit washer/dryer and covered parking. Amenities also include a clubhouse with changing facilities, showers, common area hot tubs, and an outdoor heated pool and sauna. A refundable $1000 security deposit, first month's rent, and the monthly departure cleaning fee of $295 at the time of booking. A lease agreement will also need to be signed prior to occupying the property.
