We are searching for a long term tenant who will love our home as much as we do. - This is a room for rent in a third floor unit, shared living space, shared kitchen and living room. - Landlord pays all utilities including WIFI, Water, electric, oil heating, trash removal, snow removal, sewer, maintenance. - Due at signing: 1st month's rent and security deposit. - The unit comprises the 3nd floor of the home. - Rent is due 1st of the month, or prorated for the remaining days of the first month of occupancy. - Fixed term lease of 8 or 12 months is preferred.
