First months rent and departure cleaning fee of $455 is due one month in advance of your check in date. This is a non-smoking rental. No smoking inside of the home or within 25 feet of the exterior of the home. Once renter is approved, renter will be required to sign a lease. Quiet times at the Pay Day complex is 10pm-7am. Parking: Park pass required which will be provided upon check in. Open lot parking. No smoking inside of the condo or within 25 feet of the exterior. First month's rent, security deposit of $1000, $400 pet fee (if applicable) and departure cleaning fee of $455 is due at the time of booking.
