Not every furnished apartment in Denver manages to feel like a real home, but this newly remodeled garden-level unit in the heart of the Five Points neighborhood does. This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment spans approximately 780 square feet and offers both comfort and convenience. Whether you're a traveling professional on an extended assignment, a healthcare worker on rotation, or someone in the midst of a relocation, this Denver furnished home is ready for you.
The living room features a large sofa with a built-in chaise. A large 50-inch smart TV with streaming access handles your entertainment needs, and there's a dedicated workspace, so you can stay productive. Natural light gives the garden-level unit a warmer, more open feel than you might expect.
The dining area sits just off the living room and features a four-person table. It connects to the kitchen, which was clearly a priority in the remodel. All-black appliances stand out against white cabinetry and white marble countertops. A stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave cover your cooking needs, and the space has been organized with long-term stays in mind. Just stock the fridge, and you're set.
The bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, a nightstand, and a chest of drawers to keep your belongings organized. A ceiling fan keeps the room comfortable through Denver's warmer months. The bathroom features a tub and shower combination with a clean subway tile surround. Your laundry is handled by a stackable washer and dryer.
The apartment sits directly across from a park and a dog park. The park's multi-block footprint also means on-street parking is readily available nearby. Utilities are included, and pets are welcome.
Five Points is one of Denver's most historic and culturally rich neighborhoods, recognized as the "Harlem of the West" for its deep roots in African American music, culture, and community. The annual Five Points Jazz Festival brings in visitors from across the region, and easy access to the River North Art District (RiNo) means that restaurants, craft breweries, galleries, and live music venues are within easy walking or biking distance. Downtown Denver, Coors Field, and the Colorado Convention Center are all just minutes away, too. Denver's largest hospitals, including UCHealth and St. Joseph Hospital, are close at hand. And when the mountains call, I-70 is easily accessible for world-class skiing and hiking. This Denver furnished home offers a neighborhood character, modern comfort, and a location that puts the best of the city at your fingertips. The monthly rent for the apartment is $1,995, with utilities included. A fully refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required at move-in. If you are bringing a pet, a fully refundable pet deposit of $300 applies.
At the end of the stay, a $200 move-out fee is charged to cover professional cleaning and turnover of the unit. This fee is separate from the refundable deposits.
All deposits are refundable, provided the apartment is returned in good condition and in accordance with the lease terms. A minimum stay of one month applies.
