You will have to set up your own gas utility and electric utility. The water utility for the building is not sub-metered. We will take the exact bill for water and spit it up evenly between the two apartments located in the duplex then charge you half. Trash is free. You will also have to supply your own Wi-Fi. We do allow pets. Animals in terrariums and aquariums are free. If you have a service animal with current papers, we will not charge you a pet fee. Cats and dogs under 20 pounds are $25 per month. Dogs between 20 pounds and 50 pounds are $50 per month. Dogs 50 pounds plus are $75 per month. There is no pet deposit. We only do yearly leases and like to have our leases and July 31 of each year.
