All Rent-to-Own payments made up to that point are non-refundable if the agreement is broken. Space rent is still due monthly and subject to eviction processes if unpaid. Mobility The fifth wheel is currently stationary, but may be towed by the buyer at their own expense once ownership is transferred. Towing before completion of payments requires written permission from the owner.
