Bay Creek Commons: There is no place like home. 12-month lease. 1. The comfort or rights of other Tenants must not be interfered with. This means that undesirable sounds, smells & lights are not allowed. 2. There is NO SMOKING Permitted inside the building whatsoever, this includes the apartment, common areas and within 10 feet of the exterior entrance door. 3. No one is allowed on the roof. Nothing may be placed on or attached to fire escapes, sills, windows or exterior walls of the Apartment or in the hallways or public areas. 4. 5. Bicycles or ANY other personal property is NOT allowed in common areas. Tenant must give to Landlord keys to all locks. Doors must be locked at all times. Windows must be locked when Tenant is out. 6. A limit of one (1) dog permitted with a dog deposit of $250.00. A limit of 2 cats are permitted with a cat deposit of $150.00 (per cat). Cats must be indoor pets only and must be spayed or neutered. Animals kept in a cage or aquarium are permitted only with written approval from the Landlord and under no circumstances shall exceed two animals per apartment. 7. 8. Wash lines, vents and plumbing fixtures must be used for their intended purpose. Moving furniture, fixtures or equipment must be scheduled with Landlord. Tenant must not send Landlord's employees on personal errands. 9. 10. Improperly parked cars may be removed without notice at Tenant's cost. Tenant must not allow the cleaning of the windows or other part of the Apartment or Building from the outside. 11. Tenant shall conserve energy. 12. Vehicle must be registered and in good working order. Landlord reserves the right to tow said vehicle with two-week written notice. Tenants may not perform maintenance and repairs to vehicles on apartment property. 13. Tenant(s) permitted one (1) automobile, specifically, a car, truck, van, or motorcycle only. NO boats, ATV's snowmobiles, golf carts, trailers, RVs etc. allowed on the premises. If a tenant breaches this policy, the landlord has the right to terminate said lease.
