Tenant has purchased a home and is looking for a seamless transition. An open house will be held on July 18 from 930-1130. Serious applicants should consider submitting an application and booking a sliding on the two hour window. Tenants are still on site so anyone disturbing them or walking around will not be considered. Pictures will come after initial showing of no serious applicants. I am posting for people who are looking to plan and arrange the community to tell their current situation with a 30+ day notice and to be able to give someone enough time for a smooth move. Landlord pays TUD (water and sewer) Tenant pays Electricity Trash Propane Comes with a garage that closes. Washer and dryer hook ups. Has a private back patio and a side yard. For a single person, rent is 1550 There is a no dog policy. We might consider a small dog under 20lbs if the tenant will place a small kennel in side yard. We look for long term tenants. Rent is set to only go up with TUD increases so it is stable. It is a one year lease that is renewed annually. Lease is a CA lease with a small landlord who owns one 4 unit property. One month deposit and 400 per pet. Pet deposits can be paid over time. Move in of one month and first month is due when lease is signed. Each unit has their own designated space and only the parking area is shared.
