The condo is freshly painted and the custom uphosteried furniture professionally cleaned. This home has been updated with quality materials: granite countertops, custom wood cabinets that extend to the ceiling for extra storage space, smooth popcorn ceiling removed and a smooth ceiling now adorns it. You'll find acoffee bar, tiled kitchen floor & backsplash; Soaking tub/shower with tiled surround walls, stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator); drop leaf kitchen table; queen size bed with an excellent mattress; queen size Sofa Sleeper; Large TV, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, & ample parking. Although there is only 1 bedroom there are two built-in bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper. The bedroom has two closets as well as a double dresser. Two storage bins are located under the bunk beds for additional storage. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants & fast-food places are just across the Intercoastal Waterway. This is a monthly rental though I will consider longer stays. It's well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor for the unbelievable view & no noise from the unit above you! You will love it here. Just look at my reviews on Airbnb! This place feels like home. I designed & remodeled the condo for myself using top-of-the-line furnishings & materials. If you desire a relaxing atmosphere with nice furnishings, lots of amenities & a million-dollar view, the Cuckoo's Nest is for you. A monthly utility fee of $225 will be added to the monthly rental rate of $1300, for a total of $1525. The utilities covered are electric, water/sewer, Wi-Fi, cable, parking and trash. Rental insurance is recommended but not required. To be considered as a tenant, please provide the last 3 months' paycheck stubs, driver's license and references. No need to apply if you have a poor credit rating, criminal record, rental evictions or don't qualify financially. Qualified applicants may contact me through Zillow.
