Parking & Outdoor Areas
Tenant parking is street parking only.
The driveway, garage, backyard, and attic are not included in the lease and are reserved exclusively for the Landlord. Tenant shall not park in, block, or otherwise obstruct the driveway at any time. Tenant is responsible for ensuring that guests, visitors, delivery drivers, and contractors also do not block or use the driveway. Space in basement can be provided for storage.
Utilities
The Landlord is responsible for water, sewer, trash collection, lawn maintenance, and snow removal.
The Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, internet, cable, and any other utilities or services not specifically listed as the Landlord's responsibility.
Pet Policy
No dogs or cats are permitted on the Premises. Small caged pets (such as hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, reptiles, or similar household pets) and fish are permitted only with the Landlord's prior written approval. All approved pets must be properly housed and cared for at all times. Unauthorized pets shall constitute a violation of this Lease.
