Single private bedroom no. 2 measuring about 10 x 11, with a window to the backyard and a nature area behind the home, on the second floor. The bedroom comes with a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan. The room also has a closet and a switched outlet for a lamp, although the ceiling fan also has it's own switched light. The room is carpeted for comfort. Shared spaces include a laundry room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, loft and bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is exclusively reserved for upstairs renters only (Rooms 2 through 5). Renters are assigned a laundry day, although Wednesday's are "first come, first serve". The home also has a front yard, a back yard, and also driveway space. Space is limited, but options are available. Renters also have the opportunity to rent out space within the closed garage. Lease terms are annual, but willing to discuss semi-annual (6 month leases). Rent is due on the 1st of each month, 1st month's rent and security deposit (and pet security deposit if applicable) are due prior to lease execution. There are a list of house rules available in your lease, of which a copy can be provided ahead of time via email. We are only allowing a single pet per renter (although willing to discuss a second pet), pending approval based on breed, behavior, and up-to-date shots.
