Tenants are also able to use the accessories such as the Coffee and Espresso Machine, the Nutribullet Blender, and pots and pans. The other bedroom can be used as either an office or a bedroom, and the attached pictures will show both options. Rent is $2,400 without boat slip, and $2,500 with full boat slip access. Owner's preference is a 6-12 month lease term. Owner will provide repairs for issues over $150, anything below that will need to be taken care of by the tenant.
