Utilities and WiFi included - cable TV is not an option, most residents elect to stream their TV to smart TV or streaming device. Initial minimum 1 year lease required, all leases transition into 30 day tenancy at will after first 12 months. All applicants must provide income verification and owner requires good credit, savings equivalent to 2.5-3x monthly rent (minimum $2,625) and a clean housing court record. As part of income verification, applicants must be able to document that their minimun gross income is at least $31,500, unless household has a housing voucher.
