Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer with water and ice on hand, plus a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and deep sink. You'll also find all the essentials stocked, so you can cook and enjoy meals just like at home.
Dining area: The dining area has a comfy table for four, along with extra seating and a side table, perfect for lingering over meals or sharing stories together.
Bedrooms: The bedroom invites you to unwind on a cozy queen bed, while the den offers a trundle with two fresh twin mattresses, perfect for family or friends. You'll also have plenty of storage space to settle in and feel right at home.
Bathroom: The bathroom features a sleek glass-and-tile walk-in shower, with enough storage for your things. Soft Frette towels and luxurious Lather products are provided to make your stay feel extra special.
Outdoor patio: The patio is your own little escape, with cozy cafe-style seating and a sun umbrella, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with an evening glass of something delicious. (Please limit noise outside after 10pm please)

For stays between 180 - 364 days, there is a security deposit in the amount of half of the monthly rent, which is due at time of lease signing.

There is a non-refundable, $45 Rental Application.
Pets are welcome for a one time, non refundable deposit of $450 per pet.
ESA and service animals are welcome with the appropriate documentation.
