This cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor and two additional bedrooms with double beds upstairs. The cottage boasts a full kitchen equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, K-cup, toaster, and abundant smallware supplies and culinary gadgets. The open living area flows into a wonderful wraparound deck. Enjoy entertainment with a TV, radio, and DVD player. Window A/C units provide comfort. A fire pit is available, and firewood is provided. Canoe and two kayaks are available for use, though guests must bring their own life jackets. Outdoor furniture and two picnic tables with umbrellas are provided. Enjoy a private setting with a right-of-way for Maine Pines guests only, providing access to a private dock, lake swim raft, and Hancock Pond, all just a one-minute walk from the cottage. There are two quick accesses to the lake: one with granite steps to a path and dock, and another past the steps to a rustic dam and sandy boat launch/beach with a natural zero-entry sandy beach. The secluded State Beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. This is a non-smoking cottage. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
