Snuggle by the gas fireplace apres ski or sip coffee outside at the umbrella table. Full kitchen and all the cookware you need. Includes full sized refrigerator, double sink, 4 burner gas stove and oven. Bathroom w/soaking tub, shower and hammered copper sink, + antique curio. Tempurpedic queen bed, built-in dimmers, locking desk+ chair. Very attractive furnishings. Linens, + a starter supply of cleaning products provided. Price also includes WIFI, heat, A/C, water and refuse, and use of washer and dryer. Guest access This is a private casita adjoining my home. You'll have private entry through your semi-private yard area. The casita's gated yard has a covered portal, coyote fencing, xeriscaped landscaping, perennial flower bed, wisteria covered arbor and an umbrella table. Other things to note My partner and I live next door and have an affectionate miniature poodle, 5 hens and a large garden. We are quiet, earth tending, humanists who prefer a simpatico tenant. The neighborhood is down a quiet dirt lane but centrally located and super convenient to all of Santa Fe's attractions. Across the road is Frenchy's field Park and the Santa Fe River walking/biking trail on which you can go all the way to the Railyard, The Plaza and Canyon Road without traveling on the roadway. Very convenient for both St. Vincents and Presbyterian Hospital employees. There is also a bus stop a 3 minute walk from the house. Off street parking in a dedicated guest parking spot provided. No smoking or vaping allowed. No pets unless provably hypollergenic and with additional security deposit. Will consider small hypoallergenic dog with pet security deposit. Owner pays for water, trash, gas, electric and WIFI. No indoor smoking or vaping allowed. This is a state that allows recreational marijuana use so I allow it outside the casita. No other smoking on premises permitted. No use of perfumes or scented products to protect future renters with sensitivities. I have a 'no pets' policy but will make exception for small dog or possibly a cat proven to be hypoallergenic breed with $250 additional damage deposit. If any damage occurs as a result of a pet that exceeds $250 it will be taken from security deposit. Otherwise, deposit is fully refundable. Parking is off street. There is a dedicated spot for renters. I am offering a minimum 9 month lease but prefer longer stays. Unit is delivered clean and tenant is responsible for taking trash and recycling out for weekly pick up maintaining casita in clean condition. $150 non-refundable cleaning fee required. This fee is in addition to the fully refundable security deposit less any damages at time of vacancy. Rent payments are due on first day of the month for upcoming month. Payments later than 4th day of the month will incur an additional 10% penalty.
