There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate of noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
