A propane grill is available on the back porch for relaxed evenings. Driveway and 2-car garage parking are available. Pets are welcome with approval and applicable fees, with rates varying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Standard cleaning fees cover the initial checkout clean; mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Extra guests beyond the property's bed count will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. The propane grill is available for use; guests should ensure it is cleaned after use and the knob is left in the off position. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices. Community amenities such as the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubhouse, playground, sand volleyball, and basketball courts are exclusive to permanent residents and not accessible to guests.
