This home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short or long stays. It features a king-size bed in the master with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The spectacular new pool and hot tub are located in a private backyard. Enjoy the fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating and off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Pool and spa heat are available for an additional $35 per day. The Peaceful Puffin is situated in the charming West King district, just around the corner from popular local spots like Buena Onda, Muggsy's, Blue Hen, and Bog Brewery. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride away, and Vilano Beach is a 10-minute drive from the home. St. Augustine offers flavorful dining, art, and culture, with attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum just minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Exterior security cameras are active at the front of the home and facing the pool area/equipment. Attempting to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to follow the house rules written and posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property.
