Each apartment has a covered front porch with private entrance. There are a few steps to enter the apartment. Inside the apartment is an open floor plan with living, diving, and kitchen. Floors are luxury vinyl plank throughout. Unit includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances including electric range, built in microwave, and refrigerator. Bathroom has a tub with shower and vanity with storage. There is also a linen closet in the bathroom. The bedrooms each have a large closet with double doors, built-in shelving and hanging bar. The apartment is all electric. New HVAC has energy efficient heating and air. Windows are also energy efficient. Apartment is well insulated which helps keep utility bills low. Each apartment comes with two parking spots in front of the unit and a private mail box in front of the building as you pull into the parking spot. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric must be set up by the renter with the local electric Company. Water, Sewer, Trash pick up is paid to the landlord monthly according the apartment meter reading. Internet connection can be set up through Spectrum at the renters own expense with Spectrum. Lease is a 12 month lease unless another agreement is reached for shorter term needs. This would be on a case by case basis. Monthly rent is due on the First of the month. The First month will be prorated according to move in date. First month, Last month and security deposit do at contract signing. This is a strictly no smoking unit to include vaping and pot, regardless if there is medical card. No smoking of any kind.
