2135 Colonial Avenue - Unclaimed

Pelham Bay sits in the northeastern Bronx, where residential blocks meet the open landscapes of Pelham Bay Park and the shores of Long Island Sound. The area has four-season weather, with warm summers and cold winters, and an easy connection to outdoor recreation: the city’s largest park offers trails, fields, and waterfront scenery, while Orchard Beach provides a sandy shoreline. Local dining and coffee spots line the neighborhood’s commercial streets, with everyday shopping nearby; arts and nightlife are quieter than in central Manhattan, though the Bronx’s wider cultural offerings are accessible by transit. Pelham Bay has roots in the Bronx’s older suburban development and is served by the 6 train, buses, and road connections. For the Pelham Bay neighborhood, median rent is $2,800 per month, with a typical range of $1,600 to $3,900.
