We are located on Garnet Avenue which is at the far end of the island, the quiet area of the island, but within easy walking distance to the auto ferry, the fabulous 501 Park Avenue restaurant, and Succulent Cafe. Full of beach cottage charm and character, this home has been a private family getaway for generations and is the only pink house on Balboa Island. The house is a duplex and you would have the entire downstairs with the garage and the front patio as your private space. The garage includes a washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use. The front patio has a seating area, a fire pit, and also a barbecue. All Utilities are included in base rental amounts.
