In fact, after parking in the rear, this apartment is actually DOWN some stairs, not UP as one might imagine by looking at the home from the front.

Our Neighborhood has an Amazing public library across from the school. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood and is ethnically diverse.
The Mt. Lebanon Community center is fantastic, HUGE pool with 2 water slides, Rock climbing wall, Diving Board, Indoor Ice Skating Rink, Tennis, Baseball, Playgrounds, Bocce, Karate classes, Ballet, and TONS more. I included a couple of photos but hard to believe when you see it in person.
8 to 10 Minutes to South Hills Village with TONS of shopping options.
For some spooky reason, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commision is forcing me to say that I have an Agent license, so, "I have an agent License", Not sure if that statement has added any value to the readers, but, there it is.
