This is a quiet park with 18 homes, so being a good neighbor is important since we want the park to be a happy place for all. Newly remodeled with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, counters, sink/faucet, range and refrigerator. The cottage has one SMALL bedroom. It could fit a double bed with a little room around it, but a queen bed would fill most of the room. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub. The cottage is approximately 299 square feet. Property MUST be kept tidy inside and out! No pets. This is a non smoking property. Rent is $1,000 a month and includes water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for the yard in front and to the right side of cottage. You can pay $50/month if you want us to take care of it for you. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Renter's insurance will be required. This is a month-to-month rental. A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you.
