This approximately 1,100-square-foot home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near the shopping and dining options at 6th Street and Wakarusa Drive, with an easy drive to Rock Chalk Park, Sports Pavilion Lawrence, KU, and downtown Lawrence. The kitchen includes a range, dishwasher, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also provided by the landlord. Lawn care and general snow removal are included, although tenants may need to shovel their own front and back patio areas until the snow-removal crew arrives. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Due to occupancy, virtual showings are not available at this time. No AirBnB, subletting, or renting out rooms in any way. Pets only with landlord approval in writing: $300 pet deposit and $25 per month pet rent, per pet. Minimum 650 credit score for all applicants, regardless of source of income.
