The apartment is 1.5 miles to the new Sound Transit Station. Preferred contact is by email. Please include number of people that will be living in the apartment, number of pets and whether they are cats or dogs or none, and verifiable monthly income which will be checked upon application. Credit score 680 or better. Contact is by prospective renter only. No renters agents. Tours by Appointment only. Usually available on Saturday. Please email to inquire. Garbage (recycle, green waste and garbage is between $20 and $30 / mon) Electricity which powers the heat is about $100 in winter. There are new, energy efficient heaters in unit. Water and sewer are paid by owner. Internet installed by the previous renter is through Xfinity. Property is owned and managed by one family, and not a big corporation. You will be meeting and working with the owner. Parking is included in the rent, and is one spot in the carport. Renter pays Electric and Garbage. Renter also provides rental insurance. Owner pays water, sewer. Owner will meet the pet before approval. One pet only. No smoking. You have a dedicated parking place in the carport. Renter must meet income requirements of 3 times rent per month, complete the applications before viewing / tour of apartment. I will accept a current tenant screening report from another source.
