Inside, you'll find a spacious front yard with mature shade trees, a private fenced backyard with a covered patio, a cozy living area centered around a fireplace, an updated kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with wood-look flooring throughout. A functional home-office nook makes this a great fit for remote or hybrid workers, and the carport provides covered parking. A two-year lease is preferred (locks in your rate and protects you from any rent increase for a full 24 months), though a one-year lease is also available. Rent is $1,975/month, and tenants are responsible for all utilities. One carport parking space is included. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and yard maintenance. Since this is one side of a duplex, many tenants coordinate a shared lawn service with their neighboring unit, or split the responsibility between households either approach works well here. Pets are welcome dogs up to 50 lbs, maximum 2 pets, $500 pet deposit (no additional pet rent). Please note current weight at time of application. Security deposit is $1,975 (equal to one month's rent), plus the $500 pet deposit if applicable. Renters insurance with a minimum $100,000 liability limit is required for the lease term. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the unit.
