2264 Grand Avenue - Unclaimed

University Heights sits on the Bronx’s elevated west side, above the Harlem River, with hilly streets and views toward Manhattan. The area’s centerpiece is the New York Botanical Garden’s nearby Bronx campus, while Roberto Clemente State Park offers riverfront paths, open space and a waterfront esplanade. The neighborhood has a long connection to higher education, and the stone architecture of the Hall of Fame for Great Americans at Bronx Community College is a notable local landmark. Dining and coffee shops cluster along University Avenue and around nearby commercial corridors; everyday shopping is available along these routes, with larger retail options elsewhere in the Bronx. The 4 train and several bus routes connect the area with other parts of the borough and Manhattan, though steep grades can shape walking and biking trips. University Heights rents have a median of $2,350 per month, with a typical range of $750 to $3,856.
