The extensive rehabilitation of Honeytree includes new siding, new kitchen cabinets, all new plumbing fixtures and 40-year shingles. Environmentally responsible upgrades include energy efficient windows and ENERGY STAR appliances in the majority of units.
The communitys new playground was installed by CHP employees and partners as part of CHPs National NEIGHBORWORKS Week project. Each year CHP staff and partners join thousands of residents, business leaders, government officials, and community members in a week of neighborhood change and awareness.
