Full sized appliances in case you want to eat in. There's a restaurant,tiki bar, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub,lazy river & splash pad. This unit will sleep up to 6 adults. There's a smart TV in the living room (bring your own login info!) and a cable TV in the bedroom. You will have access to the entire unit. The resort offers multiple indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, lazy river, and hot tubs! A few amenities at the resort may be limited, such as the indoor pool with waterslide. All utilities included in monthly rental plus free parking. $200 cleaning fee required. Pets allowed only from 10/01/ until 2/28 per HOA rules. There is a $250 nonrefundable pet fee.
