I will be taking names for tours beginning August 25 Left side of duplex apartment facing house. 3 bedroom plus 1 large room in basement that can be used for an exercise room, office or man cave 1.5 bathrooms large kitchen with newer kitchen cabinets and a large living room. Full private basement with all laundry hook ups. A small storage shed to store lawn mowers or for tool storage. You have your own private front and back doors. Beautiful park like setting in back yard very peaceful and clean. New laminated floors in the living room, halls, and all bedrooms and closets. There is no carpet in the house only on the stairs. Basement floors have been recently painted. Landlord does not live at site. I'm also looking for long term tenants 3 to 6 years. There are no appliances at the apartment. I rent on a month to month lease. Renters must give a 45 day notice before moving out. Rent is $1,850.00 per month and a Security Deposit of $1,850.00 is required and will be refunded back if there is no damage to the house when you leave. Renter is responsible for ALL utilities plus cutting grass, maintenance of yard and shoveling driveway. No pets or smoking on property. Must keep the property clean and neat. There is plenty of parking on your side of the driveway for 3 to 4 cars. Plus there is also road parking as well. No storage for boats or trailers. There is a standard rental agreement that must be signed by the tenants before you move in.
