This is the process for viewing our properties: 1) Pre-screening about the unit by email 2) Schedule a in person tour with the property manager 3) Fill out an application 4) If application is accepted, then the applicant will provide a credit check 5) If credit check and references are acceptable than we will proceed to the lease 6) Finalizing by signing lease, providing security deposit, first months rent, and handing out keys Minimum of 1 year lease. There is a flat fee of $100 for Electricity and Gas. Tenant is in charge of Water and Garbage. Rent per month will be a $1495.00 if rent is payed through Zelle or any form of direct deposit, if paying by check there will be a $25 fee per deposit.
