This is a Month-to-Month rental with a 1 year lease possibility after the 6 month rental trial period has elapsed. Tenant is advised to bring a pre-filled out rental resume or a Standard Month-to-Month application showing past and present employers, along with past and present rentals. Tenant to supply employers' and landlords' (past and present) contact information to any future open houses for this property.
