Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and everyday shopping along Clinton Parkway, Iowa Street and the 6th Street corridor are all close by, along with the Lawrence Loop trail and neighborhood parks. Lawn care and snow removal are the tenant's responsibility at this property. Tenants pay all utilities and must place them in their own name before move-in: Evergy for electric, Black Hills Energy for gas, and City of Lawrence for water and trash. In-person showings only.
