You will also have access to a shared backyard which has a meditative Zen garden and a doggy pee area when you are too tired to walk your pup. If you like gardening, there is a plot dedicated to your unit. An upgraded grill and outdoor furniture are coming in the near future which we encourage you to enjoy.
Tenant pays their own gas & electric, and their portion of the water bill which is on 1 meter with the upstairs unit which is 1 person (So if 2 people move in you will pay 2/3rds or 50% if just 1 person moves in) the TOTAL water bill has been averaging around $145/month. Owner covers recycling, garbage, sewer, and composting.
