The other 2 people are both male, currently students at Berkeley. No living room or dining room. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Utilities, Internet, House Supplies, Cleaning Shared Water and Garbage Included The room has a twin size bed and mattress. Onsite coin operated laundry room and garage. No smoking, not 420 friendly. Attached parking garage, there might be parking spots available for rent for about $200/month. Lease term is flexible. Summer lease or full year is fine. There is a one-month-rent security deposit. The full amount will be returned to you when you move out if the apartment is clean and nothing has been damaged. This apartment unit is on the 3rd floor without an unit above us, so there won't be any loud stomping noises as I have experienced elsewhere. The area is generally pretty quite too.
