Perfect for families or couples, we offer two bedrooms upstairs and a basement with twin beds and a bunk bed for the kids. Enjoy the middle floor as a group with our large kitchen table, wood burning fireplace, and ample space to hang out together. A bathroom and TV on every floor. Washer/dryer in unit, ski storage, and deck on the top floor with a view of the mountain. Short drive to the Killington Access Road where you will find many great restaurants, and 15 minutes to Rutland for all your city needs. Parking for two cars. Cable TV, Internet, snow plowing, and trash removal are included. Winter rentals(Oct-Mar) available at $3,300/month, or summer rentals at $2,500/month.
Owner pays for water. Renter pays for heat (~$600/month). No smoking. No pets. No parties.
$600 deposit required for heat + $1200 security deposit required.
