The first bedroom includes a full trundle bed with a twin underneath and a desk. The second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space. Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is highlighted by a king bed, a large armoire, an original marble fireplace, and a smart TV. The other bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a charming nook.
Free on-site parking is available for 3 cars and a gas grill is provided. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $150 for a maximum of 2 dogs, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, and will be reimbursed for the receipt, or must bring their own charcoal for charcoal grills.

This is a multi-family home with long-term tenants living upstairs; shared spaces include an area near the side door, the parking lot, and the basement & hallway area leading to laundry. Guests will have their own private access to Unit 1, the front porch, the gas grill in the back, the parking lot (please use parking spot #1), and the washer/dryer located in the basement. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with termination of reservation and no refund for violations. Unauthorized gatherings will incur additional cleaning and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
