The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, toaster, built-in dishwasher, and coffee maker, with island counter seating for eight. Pool heating is available for an additional $345 per day, operational in colder months only if the outside temperature is above 40F. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $250 pet fee.
