The condo is fully furnished and move-in ready with a stocked kitchen, cookware, dishes, washer and dryer in unit, and everything needed for everyday living. Monthly rent is $2,500 and includes water, electric, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and access to the private storage room under the building with beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, and other beach gear. Minimum stay is 30 nights; maximum stay is 89 nights during the available winter months. Linens and bath towels can be provided, or tenant may bring their own. A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required, and a cleaning fee applies. Tenant is responsible for any excessive utility usage beyond normal residential use. No pets permitted per HOA rules.
