Parking available outside of the unit. Private patio / deck. Other rentals nearby but only shared spaces are driveway and laundry facilities. Snow plow clears the driveway in winter months, but shoveling to door step will be responsibility of the Tenant. Included in the rent is a reimbursement for utilities - this includes water and electric. Propane is responsibility of the Tenant and they will need to open an account with Socal Propane. Internet is responsibility of the Tenant. Other Tenants use Starlink & say it works well. Spectrum does not service our area. Utility reimbursement is calculated based off of 2 tenants. If there are more than 2 tenants, then utility reimbursement will change. Tenant must obtain renters insurance. Gas wall heater only. No central AC or wall units.
