We're seeking tenants for our furnished, four-bedroom apartment in the heart of Portland's West End. The apartment occupies the two upper floors of a three-story, 2-unit house on a quiet, one-way street close to parks and playgrounds, cafes, and Zu bakery. The main floor, entered via a front staircase and hallway mudroom, includes a living room; dining room; newly refurbished laundry room with washer, dryer, and folding table; large kitchen with dishwasher; and a full bath with shower. The third floor, which was renovated in 2024, has heat pumps and air conditioning, a new bathroom with a tub and shower, and four bedrooms with original pine floors. Three of the bedrooms have single beds and the smallest, currently a tiny guest room, could be reconfigured as home office or meditation space if desired. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, two large closets, a vaulted ceiling, and a small office with built-in bookshelves off the sleeping area. The house has four exposures and gets great light. In addition to ample street parking, the apartment includes space for 1 car in a shared driveway. Tenants also share the backyard, which is newly landscaped as of this spring. The apartment is around the corner from Reiche and Waynflete schools, within easy walking distance of markets, excellent restaurants, and downtown Portland. Available August 1, 2026-July 31, 2027.
